Consultation
We start with a free consultation: your business, your ownership structure, and what you want to run in the Kingdom.
- A free consultation with a setup advisor
- The right entity and licence path
- A clear scope, cost and timeline
Our engagement
Setting up a company in Saudi Arabia touches licensing, registration, tax, staffing and compliance. We handle all of it on one disciplined path, from your first question to the day your entity is operating. Here is exactly what working with HALAS looks like.
The journey, end to end
We don't hand you a checklist and disappear. Each stage flows into the next, and you keep one point of contact the whole way.
Scroll the timeline
“The best setup is one you never have to think about again.”
The HALAS approach
What stays constant
The advisor you meet is the advisor who runs your setup, from the first call to your first hire.
We agree the steps, the cost and the timeline before we start, then keep to them.
We recommend the structure that fits how you actually plan to operate, not a template.
Every registration is done properly the first time, so nothing comes back to bite you later.
Before you ask
Most foreign-owned companies are operating within a few weeks once documents are ready. We confirm your timeline before we begin, and tell you what could move it.
No. We can begin your licensing and registration remotely, and handle the in-person steps for you. We are based in Riyadh and work across the Kingdom.
One conversation. Tell us what you want to run in the Kingdom, and we'll map the licence, cost and steps to get there.
Yes. Our dedicated China Desk works in Chinese end to end, from licensing to ongoing compliance.
Tell us what you want to build in Saudi Arabia. We'll listen first, then map the exact steps to get you operating.
