Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026© 2026 HALAS
These terms govern your use of the HALAS website and client portal. Using the site means you accept them. They do not replace the written engagement contract for any advisory work, which always takes precedence.
Using this site
You may use this website and portal for their intended purpose: to learn about HALAS, to contact us, and, if you are a client, to manage your engagement. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to, or disrupt its operation.
Not professional advice
The content on this website is general information about our firm and services. It is not strategy, financial, legal or tax advice, and you should not act on it without a formal engagement. Advice is only what we provide to you in writing under a signed engagement.
Client portal & accounts
If you are given portal access, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised so we can secure it.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design and marks belong to HALAS or its licensors. Deliverables we prepare for you are governed by your engagement contract. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, HALAS is not liable for loss arising from use of the website itself, as distinct from an engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update them from time to time; the current version is always the one posted here, dated above.
Questions about these terms
If anything here is unclear, email us before relying on the site and we will be glad to explain.
